About 

Over 10 years' experience in non-profit leadership and management with a focus on social service and workforce development. In the beginning stages of my careers, I held positions from Program Manager at NYC Workforce 1 Career Center to Director at the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce and Deputy Director of Programs with the St. Nicholas Alliance. I reached my personal and professional goals in this sector and has a great impact on the communities I served. In 2011, I returned to school to pursue my dream in becoming an Architect. Recently I graduated with a Bachelor's of Technology in Architectural Technology from NYC College of Technology

St. Nicholas’ mission is to reduce unemployment and dependence on public resources through changing perception and attitude towards work, removing barriers to employment and developing skill levels to meet business needs.
 Prepared and oversaw necessary reporting and data management.
 Oversaw entire training programs.
 Supervised a staff of up to 15 employees.
 Developed a funders database and co-developed an outcomes network database.
 Oversaw adult skilled training program, including the continued development and expansion of the division.
 Work with Director and others to ensure timely, accurate and proper reporting to all funders (e.g. Robin Hood, Seedco, Strive, and Tiger).
 Developed relationships with employers, CBO and government agencies to create an influx of clients on a consistent basis.
 Perform a qualitative and quantitative data review for each training program, and modify as needed.
 Highlights of the training division included fundraising and developing Environmental Remediation Training Program( funded by EPA, and implemented in collaboration with NYCHA) and a Food Service Training Program (funded by former Councilwoman Diana Reyna, and implemented in collaboration with Kingsborough College)
