As part of an interdisciplinary studio with furniture design, architecture, and industrial design students, paired teams aim to find solutions to design opportunities around the campus of the California College of the Arts.

 The Work Horse team identified that the student lounge had many different uses but the furniture that was there did not serve the students well. Through rigorous research and development, a furniture piece was created for student meetings, solo work sessions, and lounging.
