This was a challenging Project in 2010.
It took 5 Months from Designing to Completion.
Some Neat Features:
- All Front Panels, Doors and Side Panels are made out of robust Glass, with Stainless Steel Frames
- Island is supported by a 1cm Thick Sword out of Stainless Steel
- 2 Cooktops, facing each other for Cook-Offs and Battles
- 2 Ventilation systems, one integrated in the Bottom Cabinets (Bora), The second one in the Hovering Cube (O+F Plasma Norm Filtration System), the challenge was to drill 9 Holes in the 180cm glass front panel for the Control Knobs of the Bora System
- 3 Black Monoliths, housing each different Appliances (Miele, Gaggenau, Kitchenaid), The Doors are Slideable and Roll Back into the Wall
- All Glass Panels for Protection and easy color Changing
- Double Sinks with Two Faucets, Eisinger
- All-Synchronized RGB- LED lights behind the Safety Glass (First Strobe Light Test: https://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=187080361303530 ), Later addition was a Touch Panel to change the color Palette more easily
- Later Addition in Feb. 2011 was a Custom Made Cold-Rolled Stainless Steel Preparation Island with Power Outlets, and Slidable Cutting Boards out of Wallnut from my Friends at Stadler Edelstahl
This Kitchen has been featured on the German TV Station KabelEins and Pro 7 and is frequently Used by the Creative Cooks "die Speisenveredler" in Munich, Germany
