This proposed design was on an Armenian church and school campus in Southfield, MI. The site was lacking a “campus” environment and also had site issues that included several drainage problem areas as well as circulation issues. These perspective renderings show views of a green space/pocket park designed in the middle of the existing parking lot. Through this green space was a proposed pathway that connected the two buildings while creating the green space between the structures. This green space interrupted the vast amount of concrete between the buildings and created circulation as well as a “campus” feeling to that section of the site.
