R&D Headquarter

This project entailed a combined 60,000 square feet of renovation and upgrade of several buildings on campus to relocate 140 employees. Meza Workplace design teamed up with Flad Architects, North Carolina to deliver a Schematic Design Report.

Building A- (images shown)

Being the client's current administrative building and it's main gateway for visitors, will undergo selective demolition to upgrade to the company's standard and to comply with building code as needed.

New finishes, reconfigured workstations and new ceiling system will upgrade the tire look of the building.  Each quadrant will be opened up to receive much needed natural light, balance the rate of open to enclosed offices and create new formal and informal meeting areas.  A cafe will double as an informal team meeting space and create a public gathering space for the inhabitants of the building.
