Renderings have been released for the Meltzer/Mandl designed project at 188-11 Hillside Ave. in Hollis, Queens, a 78,800 sf rental building to include 106 units and approximately 16,700 sf of community facility space.
Piermont Properties released the renderings of the six-story development, which also includes multiple outdoor terraces, lounge areas, and light landscaping.
