This project involved a two story single family house in Marvin Ave., Val Verde CA 91384 with a lot size of 9602 sf and a total floor area including garage, first and second floors which are 2210 sf.
Structural and Electrical design were provided for this residential building including California Residential building as well as California Energy codes.
