My professional experience, primarily in residential work, has allowed me to clock time with consultants and tradespeople in a concerted effort exceeding client expectations. I have learned the language required to be successful, working alone or with coworkers. I am experienced at capturing a client's program rendering it in a carefully considered product. Complementing an office, it's clients and a team of builders I work to present design development and construction documents that clearly represent design intentions. Bid analysis, field supervision and applications for payment receive my resolute attention in the successful conclusion to the construction cycle. I have a facility to anticipate what is needed and employing that sense to the advantage any project. I look forward to novel settings and making original contributions while fostering what makes me indispensable to an office.
