M. Castedo Architects is a diverse architectural practice providing a broad range of services from pre-leasing analysis through administration of construction contracts and project closeout.

Over the last 30 years the firm has served the design needs of a wide variety of clients from both the private and public sectors. The firm provides design and consulting services to companies in the publishing, technology, banking and hospitality industries as well as to private developers and local and foreign governments.

In addition the firm is experienced with the renovations and adaptive reuse of existing buildings including conversion of old warehouses to offices, hi-rise industrial loft buildings into condominiums and the complete renovation of landmarked structures.  

In all projects, we work closely with the owners to determine the nature and extent of the work required. This is of particular importance with projects for our foreign government clients that operate under unusually strict rules and procedural guidelines. Once their budgets are approved, there is very little room for changes since they become part of overall spending plans that are fixed by their legislative bodies.
