"12 Hammersmith Grove" is a new 10 storeys high-end office building comprising 167,000 sq. ft of office space (grade A), a ground floor and mezzanine level retail space and a double-height entrance foyer. The structure is a steel- framed design with long-span cellular-beams to allow services integration. Stability to the steel frame is provided by two central concrete cores.
The Facade features a triple glazed curtain walling system with a distinctive frit pattern.
