High End Residential development including demolition of the rear of the existing building along the mews and retained front and side elevations to original. The New residential development built along the mews includes 12 private apartments consisting of 3 Grand apartments, 6 lateral and 2 duplex penthouse apartments plus a mews apartment and additional staff unit.
