During an internship with Studio Clic, based out of the MATT Architecture office in London, I was working on the design team for Wellington House. I modeled and rendered this option for a reception area in the luxurious establishment with Rhinoceros, 3ds Max, and Photoshop. Wellington House is a commercial project in Wimbledon for Columbia Threadneedle. The project includes the refurbishment of ground floor retail spaces and the existing office above. An addition of a part-two story roof extension and rear infill creates an uplift of 2,535 sqm, doubling the existing area. The development also incorporates green roofs, planted terraces, and PV panels, which greatly improve the building performance.
