Principal Nick Martin, AIA: Having worked for Gwathmey Siegel, Gabellini Sheppard and Associates, and Wood and Zapata, Nick has designed for MTV Corporate Headquarters, Steuben Glass gallery, Nicole Farhi flagship in New York, and private residences for Michael Dell and Barbara Streisand, among others. He established Martin Architects in 1998 to focus on high-end residential, retail, and gallery spaces. Nick maintains his license in architecture, contracting, real estate licenses, and recognizes that it is the responsibility of the Architect to incorporate environmental awareness into every design and construction decision.
