The project is a residential compound located in Qortuba, Riyadh and developed by Solidere International. 

It provides an introverted environment with high end residences designed by 3 architectural firms. 
MARIAGROUP’s design intent was focused on addressing the individuality of each residential unit within its immediate context: 

- At the scale of the villas (townhouses, semi-detached villas or detached villas), the individuality was achieved by clearly defining the limits of each unit and avoiding the long horizontal strip. Privacy and intimacy were of primary concern whereby special wood features on the facades regulate the direct views to the interiors.

- In the case of the apartment buildings, the individuality is at the scale of each 3 storey block. The massiveness of each building block is broken down by a subtle variation in height and revealed wood clad recesses in plan.
