Owner & Principal

I was personally responsible for all Projects: Responsibilities were: Design & Budget cost; Preparing drawings from Conception to Design Development; Overseeing and Coordinating a team of Consultants: Engineers (mech, elect.) and Project Architect; Generating Meeting with clients. I was also responsible for the Construction Administration phase, attending meetings in the Construction Sites, dealing with RFIs and details, Finalizing payment to Contractors.
