A Senior Architect, permanently based in New York City, well versed in Multifamily and Commercial projects, empowered with a broad set of skills and capabilities to fit in a leadership role.

Project types: Interior spaces of high-end restaurants in Manhattan New York.
1. Client Brookfield Properties: Casa Lever, located in the Landmark building of Lever House.
Responsibilities: CD & CA for the Restaurant and Conceptual Design through CD & CA for the Plaza Lobby.
2. Client Amant non profit Arts: An Open Site space for events at 316 Ten Eyck Street.
Responsibilities: Design Concept and Construction Drawings for the layout of the Site and enclosure of the Site with an artistic metal fencing and gates
3. Client S.W. Management: Restaurant at 85 MacDougal Street, Greenwich Village, NY
Responsibilities: Created base plans ans sections based on conducting a survey and prepared Construction drawings for the renovation of a restaurant.
4. Client Howard Huge Corporation: 11 Fulton Street, at the East River.
Responsibilities: Survey, SD design through DD drawings. Provided drawings of the space for possible future restaurant. Currently in pause.
5. 817 Broadway restaurant: did survey and created base plans and sections with new stair.

Responsibilities:
Review Architecture Projects, before or during construction, in all its aspects, core and shell, and layouts from the site plan to Cellar, floor and Roof, sections and elevations, for the Architecture of the Building, the integration of MEP and Structural aspects. Focus of my review included the disclosure of building elements; exterior and interior load bearing and non load bearing, fire-rated / insulated walls, floors and roofs; elevations from mid rise to high rise and super-tall, for Multifamily Residential Condos, compliant to NYC and NYS Building codes, ADA and Energy Codes.
