The design for a ground floor office with western park views is for an international real estate sales office.  Because of the park facing winter winds two sliding glass entries separate two groups of office seating.  The lobby entry will contain a reception desk with LED star glass fronting a warm maple wood wall with gold trim accenting customer entry.   The conference room maximizes the corner views will contain LED mounted monitors and a perimeter of clear/opaque glass switching upon users command.  Because the space is not so large the 15' raw ceilings are being lowered to provide space for the new mechanical and sprinkler systems.  Each area of seating is compartmentalized by the indirect cove lighting defining each space.
