M.Arch Architects was hired to complete total renovation of interior and exterior of a landmark townhouse.  The scope of work included expanding and excavating below cellar foundations and gut rehabilitation of the entire building structure.  The ground floor was expanded to include double height ceilings for living and kitchen areas with circulation to a private terrace and mezzanine study area.  The upper floors were highly refined bedrooms with stair circulation to the rooftop terrace and bar-b-que area.
