The Cellar

This fine dining venue is located in a corporate office building. The dining area is tucked in the corner of the building and spill out on to a wraparound veranda. The restaurant is organized in three sections separated with screen-like partitions. The entry area has fixed seating with central circulation leading to the middle portion. Here, a modern wine cellar anchors the space. The cellar is a glassy vault, air-conditioned to keep the wines at a right temperature. Beyond its functionality, the cellar is the focal point for the venue. A wine tasting table doubles up as raised dining and is surrounded by supple seating. The furniture selection is modular in nature, providing utmost flexibility during special events and group sizes. Background Rugs add warmth to the interior while functioning as acoustical surfaces. The overall interior design of the restaurant burrows elements from the building architecture while retaining its own identity.
