About 

Lynette currently lives in New York City and graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a dual Masters of Architecture and Business Administration.  For her Bachelor's in Design, she attended the University of Florida in Gainesville where she majored in Architecture and minored in Business Administration in 2009.  Having traveled to Southeast Asia, India, and Europe for study abroad programs, Lynette has seen a range of historical and cultural precedences and different scopes of architecture and urbanism that has influenced her education and career.  She has held architectural internships at Gensler & Associates and Trivers Associates Architects as well as a graphic design role at a holistic health care center.

As a founding partner of Open House Galleries, she has reactivated vacant spaces in St. Louis with her business partner, Kathleen Perniciaro by renovating, marketing, and hosting Open House Exhibitions.

Conducted programmatic studies; design and renderings of schematic proposals, researched, developed graphics, and conducted site analyses. Assisted in the CD and CA phases of several projects, including material specification and shop drawing verification..

Renovation & Exhibition: 3123 Lemp Avenue, 2228 Edwards Street

Designed the visual identity and developed the marketing & operational strategy of this new business that converts vacant homes into pop-up galleries. Provided light renovation, marketing, event planning and curating open house exhibition. Successfully hosted exhibitions that resulted in the sale of art and properties that had been on the market for over 15 months. (www.openhousegalleries.com)

Collaborated with project architects and designers to develop material boards, renderings, edit construction drawings, develop graphics, and configure furniture layouts.
