1 John St. project was a mixed-use building located in DUMBO, Brooklyn. The idea of the project was to design and create architectural drawings for the office space (top floors), and the commercial space (bottom 2 floors). The main purpose of this project was to learn building assemblies, and building systems, such as curtain wall systems. The project was done in collaboration with another student, Mai Esmail.
