The Huashan Cultural and Creative Park was once the the winery factory of Taiwan Tobacco and Liquor Corporation, as well as the first Industrial Heritage Reuse Project in Taiwan. The goal is to reprogram the site, facing the challenge in the foreseeable future.

The design approach begin with the study of complex site context, where was the central junction of the grid in Taipei City, generated the distinguish geometry of composition plan. Its future mission, the reprogram of SpaceX Center is inspired by the site history of aesthetic in machinery, aim to set up as a educational and research center of space in Taiwan, to explore the unknow final frontier.
