This project is an urban renewal project that aims to build a creative city pioneer area in the old industrial area, bringing together creative offices, headquarters clusters, fashion blocks, and art exhibitions.
he integrated façade design features orange and red terracotta panels, creating an iconic 200m south-facing pedestrian street section and forming a sharp contrast with the open spaces of the futuristic Klein blue building.
