The planning and design of the core area fully analyzed the disadvantages of the traditional industrial park model and the characteristics of the enzyme industry, and put forward the design concept of the enzyme park. The organic combination of industrial R&D and park scenic spots makes the core area not only a gathering place for industrial R&D, but also a scenic area for urban green and healthy life. In the functional layout, we centrally arranged the China Enzyme Museum to form an open-air landscape expo area with the central lake, forming the central theme scenic spot of the entire "China Enzyme City Core Area". The incubation center for research and development is laid out around the central scenic spot, so that the central landscape and architectural clusters can interact and penetrate well. The park management office and research and testing center are placed on the south side of the site, echoing each other with the enzyme pavilion, forming an ecologically flowing square, and becoming a landscape entrance to the entire core area. The training center is located in a separate area in the northwest corner of the site for easy management and use. In the end, a spatial structure of one center, one ring, two axes, and multiple clusters is formed.
