Partner with leasing team and clients to open luxury retail storefronts and restaurants in San Diego premier luxury outdoor shopping center. As one of two regional designers I was responsible to managing the clients project schedule, reviewing and approving on conceptual drawings, construction documents, fixture drawing submittals, storefront shop drawings and signage submittals. Conducted daily on site inspections to ensure construction was on schedule and meet company standards in regards to quality and detail.
