Tenant Coordinator for The Shoppes at Carlsbad and Chula Vista Center.

• Acting as the Landlord’s liaison to coordinate between the Tenant, Tenant General Contractors, Leasing agents and  Mall Management team to ensure each projects open on time with the highest possible level of quality construction and design execution.
• Forecast timelines and work closely with external and internal partners to maintain the project schedule.
• Responsible for review and landlord approval of design proposals, construction drawings, shop drawings and finish materials.
