Nestled within the Northwest District of Oklahoma City's 'Core to Shore' development plan, the Live + Learn Campus is a vocational-technical higher education institution with a distinctive focus on urban living. The campus's mission is to offer a platform where individuals can pursue advanced education while residing on the school's premises. Whether one is a solo learner or part of a family of four, the campus accommodates all, providing not only a conducive learning environment but also a nurturing living space with all the essential amenities one could expect from an educational institution.

The primary vision for this project is to embrace a mixed-use concept, which presented the challenge of achieving both density and a strong sense of community to complement its higher education purpose. The design encourages interaction and gatherings, both indoors and outdoors, fostering a vibrant and inclusive community for all who call it home.
