Our work for this client, a real estate owner, developer and operator, involves the full renovation of multi-dwelling apartment buildings in Manhattan and Brooklyn. We take neglected buildings and fully renew them, going beyond cosmetic upgrades. 

Depending on the project, we will typically gut the space (whether it's one apartment or an entire building), and redesign them; adding bedrooms and bathrooms, modernizing the kitchen, and adding in-suite laundry. 

We upgrade the public space and either restore the exterior to meet historic overlay requirements or update and refresh the façades. The interiors are designed with refined finishes for a modern lifestyle. 

Our work for this client requires agile thinking and a true collaboration with our clients’ team, as well as expert knowledge of current code and zoning requirements and the nuances of the NYC Multiple Dwelling laws.
