TCB Bank Corporate Headquarters is an approximately 25,000 s.f. corporate office building in Chino, California. It is an extensive remodel of the exterior and interior of an existing 2-story industrial building that will house the future corporate offices and IT infrastructure for TCB Bank.

The existing metal siding of the building has been modified to support additional windows and accented with Trespa exterior panels. The interior has been completely gutted with a newly rebuilt mezzanine, stairs, and elevator. The interior will be completely rebuilt with insulation systems, mechanical systems, and new corporate styling.

The drawings have been created with Autodesk Revit. I was the Senior team member assigned to coordinate and detail the building systems. The schematic and developmental designs are being completed on this project.
