A light industrial/warehouse campus situated on almost 9 acres of land in the proximity of the Camarillo Airport. The four proposed buildings, amounting to some 128,000 s.f., is situated within the flight pathes of the airport and were subject to the height restrictions set forth by the FAA. The buildings were to be built to developer specifications with a light tenant improvement build-out for industrial or warehouse clientele.
