My undergraduate "Mini-Thesis" was a youth centre for extra curricular university activities, 

The Centre has a flexible programme of various size spaces that can cater for small or large youth meetings, study spaces, studios, restaurant/coffee shop and after hours event facilities.

The Youth Centre is located on an existing park land. The new Centre will only take up a small portion of the site on the main road frontage.  This will form a buffer to the busy transport route and allow the park to be used as an extension for activities in the Centre.
