4 buildings comprising of 20 units with warehouse space and 2 storey office component.
Units were flexible with a mezzanine in the warehouse which could convert to further office space if required. Units could be divided in various ways depending on whether the tenant required more or less office or warehouse space.
Design allowed for energy saving measures by the use of natural lighting in the warehouse and deep recesses on the office facades to create shading.
