This project was a remodel of a Chapman University purchased warehouse in the city of Orange. The project was to be remodeled into faculty offices, lunch areas, storage, classrooms, and a recording studio for the university's film school.
We also worked on the simple entrance signage to show that this building is no longer a nameless warehouse space, but a space chosen and built to represent the University and it's students and faculty.
