This project was a 10,000 s.f remodel of an existing commercial space into a new school, salon, and offices for the AVEDA company. This structure was in a poor condition when initially purchased by AVEDA and needed structural changes as well to work for its new tenants. Our company worked on the design and structural changes in the project. We also helped with the exterior remodel and the interior finishes.
