Designed, prototyped, and sold silver jewelry by utilizing the skills acquired through my architectural education. Painted, 3D printed, and successfully sold nearly thousands of dollars worth of my art, jewelry, and independently published "zine" as side projects and through various art shows and exhibits in Los Angeles.

Worked as part of the owner/developer and CMa team to facilitate the development and construction of Circa; a high-end, mixed-use development boasting 648 units, 48,000 sf of retail space, roughly 1,700 parking stalls, and a $340,000,000 budget in the LASED. Duties included facilitation of the parallel plan check process by coordinating the efforts of the various design and consultant teams to satisfy demanding bureaucratic requirements, processing and challenging contractor change orders according to the Owner-Contractor agreement, attending and participating in meetings throughout the life of the project, and working with various members of the project team to implement design and programmatic requirements and quickly resolve issues as they arise so as to maintain the project schedule.

Produced architectural drawings for a design competition submittal based in Kinmen, Taiwan. Responsible for drafting and submitting project entries for numerous architectural awards. Conducted research presentations and drafted white papers.

Developed various initial and conceptual designs for an apartment complex in Argentina. Constructed 3D context model and produced final drawings for design competition entry for a library in Helsinki, Finland.

Assisted with cutting and assembling stainless steel for custom furniture, assembled custom lighting fixtures, and fabricated mock up lighting displays.
