A curve folding workshop used for Architectural Association project review 2015
The Curve Folding is a week long design and fabrication exercise that explores the stiffening of sheet material through curve crease tessellation. The work spans from understanding basic principles of folding, the nuances of curved creases and associated computational methods, and the craft associated with folding these surfaces by hand in paper and sheet metal.

My Role: My personal contribution includes structural analysis of the real scale model, setting up construction sequence for assembly, material exploration, designing the edge condition and project co-ordination until the development of the design.
