Fushi Road Mixed-use is located on a 2.84ha site on Fushi Road and Yongding Road in Hai Dian Qu District, West Beijing. The new development of the site will benefit the neighborhood with mixed-use spaces such as restaurants, large department stores, offices and senior housing with public green space. The strategic design goal for the proposed Site A, B and C will further enhance the pedestrian experience and create an exciting urban environment through its animated building frontage façade along Fushi Road, the internal pedestrian spine and gathering plaza with sunken plaza.
