The View on 10th is Waco’s newest student housing development, providing the premier living experience for neighboring Baylor University students. K&A is providing architectural, engineering, and interior design services for the design and construction administration of this new 718-bed student housing apartment building located approximately two blocks from campus.

The 560,000 square foot project will house a total of 257 apartment units in one-, two-, and four-bedroom configurations, as well as an 8-level, 718-space parking garage. The ground floor level includes a 9,000 square foot clubhouse and amenity center, including WiFi-equipped study areas, a cafe, state-of-the-art workout equipment and tanning facilities, as well as a resort-style pool and cabana.
