Domestic Extension and Renovation

This building project was a renovation and extention to an existing protected residential structure in an Architectural Conservation Area in Blackrock, Dublin. Adrian Hill Architects engaged Doran Cray Ltd. to assist in the production of drawings and documentation for the planning, tendering and construction processes. These were produced in consultation with Adrian Hill Architects and in accord with the design ideas provided by them.

A full set of drawings was provided for each of the above mentioned stages. Some of these included Site Layout Plans, Building Plans, Fire Prevention Drawings, Building Sections, Wall Sections, Window and Door Schedules, Details, Stair Details, Bathroom and Kitchen Data Sheets
