A restaurant and bar project inspired by the various aspects of jazz music.  The idea was to create a double level space out of the skeleton of an old building in Lafayette, LA.  The space was to enable guests to enjoy all aspects and levels of the restaurant but to also incorporate the behind the scenes necessities for a successful restaurant.  The design and spatial planning as well as the finishes were all inspired by the basis of jazz music.  The mix of raw sounds from various instruments to create a smooth and beautiful sound.
