-Design projects include Central Fire Station / EMS 6, Fire Station no. 22 / EMS 12, and Fire Station no. 3 in Austin, Texas.
-Responsible for production of 3D modeling, 2D drawings, renders and SD packages (100%) for the above three fire stations.
-Responsible for overall concept, massing, design iteration and development, and exterior material selections for Fire Station no. 22 / EMS 12 as lead designer, incorporating consultant and client input.

-Assisted Senior QHSE managers (UK, Australia) with safety and quality inspections of over 40 construction projects across South Korea.
-Oversaw and led efforts to implement site remedial actions.

-Project management of a major residential development project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (375 villas, 8 apartment buildings, project budget of USD 253 mil).
-Assisted project manager with overview and analysis of construction works, review of development costs, monthly cash flow projections and baseline schedule revisions.
-Responsible for daily site inspections as resident site engineer, liaisons with contractor/construction manager, and production of monthly client reports.
