Kelly Elizabeth Snell earned her Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Fine Arts from Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, GA. Ms. Snell is a strong believer in the importance of sustainable architecture and its parallels with its historic and vernacular relatives. Her M.Arch thesis, Prairie Gardens: A Sustainable Solution for Tornado Alley, was awarded the USGBC Platinum Award for most sustainable thesis. She has previously worked with Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia helping with the renovation of their historic New York City office building.

Provided survey assistance, drafting, and editing of construction documents for the Roof Replacement project. Additionally, surveyed, documented, and drafted the wall elevations for the rooms of the Catholic Chaplain’s office.

Provided assistance with the expansion of the office space. Including design, budgeting, contract administration, and construction assistance. Designed the layout, for a last minute addition of eight offices and thirty six workstations. Assisted with furniture inventory calculations and preparation for office consolidation.
