With this in mind, keernsmith focused on interior spaces that were neutral in color, rich in texture and highly tuned to detailing that would become a clean and functional backdrop to everyday life. While the single story home presents a demure face to the neighborhood, the sequence of public living and dining spaces within cascade out into the landscape - a set-up is ideal for intimate familial moments and extravagant parties alike.
