This project required students to design a migrant centre for their choice of a specific migrant group type and choose facilities which they thought were suitable to cater for their needs. This migrant centre serves as a social and lifestyle organization centre for international high end skilled migrants in order to encourage their participation and relocation into South Africa. The proposed design has an international flair that is able to relate to other contemporary architecture found around the world.
