Design of a contemporary home in the sub-urbs of the city of Vilnius, Lietuva. The basic requirements include a closed parking space for two cars, a kitchen with storage space and a common withdrawing room. Private spaces were reserved for the second floor. This ensures a closed space for the family. 

The first level has a sauna for the guests and residents. Sauna space is connected to the showers and outdoor balcony to provide complete usage as required by individual preference. 

The home is heated by an autonomous boiler unit and solid fuel. Solid fuel heating is supported by a large floating fireplace in the living room of the household.

The bedrooms each have their own toilet and shower areas together with walk-in closets. A large balcony facing the west has potential to host solar panels to make the building energy efficient.
