In collaboration with a multidisciplinary international team, I have been the Project Architect of this residence and hotel complex located in the seafront of Dominican Republic’s north coast.

The site was a former coconut plantation of 250,000 sqf area. Maintaining all the existing plants and recovering the dunes area in the seafront, the project proposes a natural integration of architecture and the landscape.
