I am an architect, landscape specialist and design fanatic.
I work with a cross-disciplinary approach in a multitude of creative areas. My fascination is the interaction of people with their living environment which drives my constant search for applying design strategies to improve people's life.
During my professional career I have developed an assertive attitude and pragmatic approach to different users, contexts and scales. I have gained experience working on several international projects addressing architecture, spatial design, landscape master-planning and strategic urban development.
I'm a social entrepreneur and co-founder of MAKA GREEN BCN, an initiative that promotes sustainability through local creativity and entrepreneurship among citizens.

FIELD FACTORS is a collaborative design studio working on the fields of architecture, landscape, urban planning and strategic concept development.
FIELD FACTORS helps to create livable spaces for the private and public domains. Our team is formed by creative professionals and concept developers, enthusiasts, full of ideas and strategic thinkers. We work with a cross-disciplinary approach on a wide range of design projects and urban studies in the Netherlands and beyond.

MAKA GREEN BCN is a non-profit organisation based in Barcelona, that promotes creative initiatives between citizens and entrepreneurs to build a sustainable city.
The involvements of arts, design and architecture appear in a large variety of formats, ranging from a magazine publication to visual representations and commercial strategies.
As a founding partner, together with María José García, I am responsible for the identity design and development strategies of the organisation.

Karres en Brands, Hilversum, NL, Trainee / Assistant Designer
As part of the design team of Karres and Brands landscape architects, I worked on a wide variety of projects, studies and design competitions in The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Lithuania.

Museum of History of Barcelona, Barcelona, ES, Concept development & Landscape Consultancy
Barcelona en Diagonal is an experimental project approaching the urban landscape interpretation of Barcelona through its main avenue, Diagonal. I have worked on the project conceptualisation, the research and a proposal of the itinerary along the urban landscape of Diagonal Avenue.
Intelligent Coast, Barcelona, ES, Urban Planning and Tourism Development
Intelligent Coast is an urban consultancy office specialised on strategical planning and urban projects oriented towards leisure and knowledge economies.
Projects include:
- Strategic Plan for Urban and Tourism Development for Lloret de Mar.
- Strategic plan for the integral reconversion of a mature tourist destination in Sant Antony de Portmany, Ibiza.
- Strategic Plan for Urban and Tourism Development for Platja d'en Bossa, Ibiza.
LOAD office architecture, Barcelona, ES, Exhibition Design
In collaboration with this architecture office I worked on the design coordination and production of the exhibition MULTIRAMBLAS, BCN 6T showed at the Disseny Hub Museum of Barcelona and comissioned by the Municipality of Barcelona.

Estudio Sarah Garcia is an international design and architecture firm based in the Caribbean, working with a broad range of clients has gained a reputation for executing innovative design. My experience in the studio ranges from designing private villas to luxurious seafront hotels.
