Village is a special product in urbanization. They witness the historical changes of cities in China, because of their difference with the developing city surrounding it, they bring a big problem for urban construction and management. In modern time, village in city like Xi'an are always messy and dirty. Residents inside can be businessman and fresh graduates out of college. They don't have high salaries and cannot find a better living space. According to some recent statistics, in 2015, Xi'an has completed arrangement for 23 villages in the central city, which involved more than 30,000 people and 2.41 million square meters of renovation. And in the near future, it will remove 18 villages and provide them with new functions and meaning.
