22 acres of land in rural area of Dominican republic are to become a home, a retreat,  a learning center, and a live-work community for people who are in need and willing to work to develop a natural lifestyle.

     Completely of-the-grid design of living spaces based on work of all available natural forces and resources is aimed to provide self-sufficient living as well as energy harvesting.

     Principles of Permaculture were used to design a well-working "machine" where all the elements -weather, animals, plants, humans , interact mutually in a system as an organism.
