Building owner was considering what to do with an open court yard and an apartment front. Two potential solutions were developed.
Option A = We take apartment to the left and open the facade to create retail front of all glass and frameless door opening with direct street access. We enclose the courtyard with glass and install two wooden garage doors that have direct access to remaining grass and street access.
Option B = We take the apartment to the left and open the facade to create a retail front of all glass and frameless door opening with direct street access. We leave the courtyard open but install wood trelis system above providing a dinning area.
